Be an industry expert:

Contributing to Kook Plan is an excellent way to build up your online reputation.  How?  We allow one person / company to be a page leader (director) for each page.  For example, you may be the page leader for "entrepreneur", which means that you are the industry expert on entrepreneurship.  

 

A means to help entrepreneurs in emerging markets

Our goal at "Kooky Plan"  is to create a free resource for entrepreneurs to use, especially in emerging markets.  Our goal is to offer a free consulting resource where entrepreneurs can go to find difinitive information about all business topics.  By contributing to KookyPlan, you are helping spread knowledge for free to entrepreneurs, in the hope of encouraging economic development in emerging markets.

  • Step #1.  please create a personal profile page,  and then add your links to / from any page that you contribute
  • Step #2.  add content, and add a link to your profile page

 

 

 

 

Guideline for adding Links:

 

New:   all links can be placed at the TOP of the page (due to popular demand)

 

Two options:

 

be a "Page Director"

expert on the topic

lead editor for the page.  Determines what stays and what goes. 

Page directors are selected based on qualifications.

The director is  in charge of that page, and gains the most reputation.

 

be a "Contributor":

order of ranking is based on judgment of the "director", based on a mixture of "quality" and "quantity"

Also, because KookyPlan is a wiki, it may also be a great tool for you to use to engage your viewers, and to gain feedback about trends that you are watching.   By starting the conversation in a wiki-format, you encourage viewers to interact with you, and share their interpretation of events.  It could be a great source of ideas for your own materials.
 
 
How?
 
Take a look at our wiki here.   Each page has a "director"  who is in charge of content for that page.   The director gets a LINK at the top of the page, highlighting their expertise in that topic. (note that my name is there now, because I have been the only contributor up till now, but I hope to expand and include other contributors going forward)
 
My idea is to offer contributors a position as "page director" for any page such as:   tech trends , telecom trends (or any page that you are interested in, or wish to create). 
 
Other option:  instead of being a "director" (with a link at the top), you could just be a "contributor" (with a link at the bottom).   One way or another (as "director" or as "contributor"), I would love to work with you, and find not only tell my audience about trends in telecoms, and to drive that audience to visit your site, conferences, books, etc.  
 
 
In summary:
 
It is my goal to help entrepreneurs in emerging markets to identify trends, and I can think of no better authority than the readers of KookyPlan
 
I am proposing that we connect with our contributors to become a highlighted resource for entrepreneurs.  And, in return, I would like to place a link at the top of each page directing clients to your page.
